You have the option to return your order within 14 days of purchase in store, you need to provide the digital invoice or order number.

General Return Notes

• All accessories, contact lenses, solutions, and cleaning kits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Customized eyeglasses with prescription lenses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscratched, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Progressive Comfort Guarantee

• Progressive lenses bought in store can be exchanged within 45 days of purchase, you need to have the original receipt.
• Lenses will be exchanged for two pairs of lenses one for reading and one for distance.
• The replacement pairs must, however, be similar to the original progressive lenses in terms of Index, Treatment, Coating & Measurement.
